Below you will find our general leasing parameters. However, if your requirements are outside these guidelines, please feel free to call us as we can often custom-design a program to meet your unique needs.

Our Typical Program Guidelines Include:

• Transactions from $10,000 - $500,000
• Lease terms of 12 - 60 months
• Simple documentation and funding
• New franchisees as well as experienced franchisees can be approved
• National and regional franchises accepted
• Equipment can usually be added or upgraded during the lease term
• Approved franchisors only

Credit Approval:

• Application only up to $100,000 - approval usually within an hour.
• Over $100,000 requires tax returns from each owner for the most recent two years. If extension - please provide paperwork and/or previous two years returns. Additionally, we require a current personal financial statement (balance sheet) detailing assets and liabilities.
• Approval time for transaction over $100,000 usually within 24 - 48 hours once a complete credit package is received
